I typically offer "walkabout entertainment" - mingling with guests during drinks or wandering between dining tables. I can also easily set up shop in one spot with singles, couples, and even those quirky "throuples" (no judgment here) coming to sit for me. I'll adapt to any setting - anywhere that I'm given the opportunity to foster a good atmosphere does the trick.
