Guests gamely join in as subjects, sardonic critics, and as enthralled witnesses to the likenesses coming together, and before they know it are given unique party gifts - which they all just played a big part in creating simply by being there and having a giggle.

Mix'n'mingling during drinks, "table-hopping" (not literally) over dinners, as well as sometimes working "stall-format" from one spot, I can work in practically any set of circumstances.

A couple of months earlier I was asked to kit myself out as a "Belgian east London corporate caricature artist hipster" (!), and appear in a TV ad sketching Paul Gascoigne ("Gazza"!) on top of a moving double-decker bus while being interviewed about World Cup football results (!?!), all the while masquerading as Belgian. I wind up in some whacky situations, but mostly of course I perform at conventional social gatherings - networking drinks, dinners, business & trade events, a mixed bag of celebrations - and of course weddings. As long as guests are open to having a little fun and I'm given an opportunity to foster a good atmosphere, any setting is alright with me.

Picking up on fleeting but unique characteristics, I create likenesses that look "more you than you!"* (*apols. to David Low)

 I mainly draw ''singletons", but naturally, at parties couples & close-knit groups often ask to be immortalised together. As long as I can be sure to not get too tied up with one set of guests I'm happy to oblige, especially as this can give them a special thrill.

I draw on heavyweight A4 laser paper, and present each caricature inside a complimentary top'n'side-opening plastic folder.

I can preprint your graphics and/or a message of your choice on my paper (for a one-off fee of £50) ~ to mark the occasion, distinguish a brand, convey the ethos of a campaign, or simply to add a stylish touch.
